1. Annual Nonmember Infrastructure Deposit
Nonmember shall pay a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) annual non-refundable infrastructure deposit for range maintenance, new shale, berm maintenance, target replacement, repairs, clubhouse upkeep, utilities, and general operational infrastructure.
2. Half-Day and Full-Day Use
Half-day range use means one four (4) hour session and shall be charged at Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) per person. Every individual physically entering the Premises is subject to the fee, including owners, employees, staff, instructors, students, customers, friends, family members, guests, vendors, participants, and spectators. Full-day private lane reservation means exclusive use of a private lane for eight (8) consecutive hours and shall be Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per day.
3. Required Waivers
Every individual entering the property, including all shooters and non-shooters, must execute a liability waiver approved by Statesman prior to entry.
4. Member Benefit Requirement
All classes, courses, certifications, private instruction, and training programs offered by Nonmember must be made available to all contracted members and staff of Statesman's Private Shooting Club at fifty percent (50%) off standard published pricing.
5. Special Events and Revenue Share
Standard range sessions, private instruction, group classes, concealed carry classes, firearms certifications, permit-related instruction, and routine training sessions shall not be considered Special Events for purposes of the 25% gross revenue share. A Special Event means any activity that goes above and beyond normal day-to-day instruction and involves organized event-based profit generation — including competitions, tournaments, sponsored matches, expos, ticketed promotional events, and large-scale hosted events with separate event admission fees. Statesman shall receive twenty-five percent (25%) of gross earnings generated from all Special Events. Statesman's LLC retains sole discretion in determining whether an activity qualifies as a Special Event.
6. Required Insurance Coverage
Nonmember must maintain an active commercial general liability insurance policy with a minimum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) in liability coverage and must specifically name Statesman's Ranch, Statesman's LLC, and the landowner as Additional Insured parties. Proof of insurance including certificate of insurance and Additional Insured endorsement must be provided before any use of the Premises.
7. No Drugs or Alcohol
Absolutely no alcohol, marijuana, THC products, illegal drugs, or impairment of any kind shall be permitted on the Premises.
8. Safety and Compliance
Nonmember and all persons entering under this Agreement must comply with all firearm safety standards, club rules, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
