Every guest must execute this waiver before entering the Premises. Read each section carefully — substantial legal rights are being waived.

Terms

1. Parties

This Guest Liability Waiver and Release ("Waiver") is executed by the undersigned guest ("Guest") in favor of Statesman's LLC, Statesman's Private Shooting Club, the landowner, property owner, managers, members, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties").

2. Private Property Access

Guest understands that the Premises are privately owned and that Guest is being allowed to enter solely as a revocable guest of an authorized member or authorized club representative. Guest has no tenancy, leasehold, easement, license coupled with an interest, or any other legal right to remain on the property beyond the permission granted by the Club.

3. Assumption of Risk

Guest understands that entering and using a private shooting facility and surrounding outdoor property involves inherent and extraordinary risks, including but not limited to accidental discharge, ricochet, stray projectiles, hearing loss, eye injury, burns, cuts, falls, wildlife encounters, rough terrain, weather hazards, negligent acts of other participants, equipment failure, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, and damage to personal property. Guest knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Released Parties for any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of every kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or related to Guest's presence on the Premises, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

5. Indemnification

Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from Guest's acts or omissions, violations of law, violations of Club rules, or damage caused by Guest to persons or property.

6. No Drugs or Alcohol / Impairment

Absolutely no alcohol, illegal drugs, marijuana, THC products, or other impairing substances are permitted on the Premises. Guest shall not possess, carry, use, discharge, or direct the use of any firearm while impaired. The Club may remove Guest immediately if impairment is suspected.

7. Safety Rules

Guest agrees to obey all Club rules and all verbal or written instructions from the Owner, Range Safety Officers, instructors, and Club representatives. Treat every firearm as loaded, keep firearms pointed in a safe direction, finger off trigger until ready to fire, know the target and what is beyond it, wear required eye and ear protection, and remain only in approved areas.

8. Damage to Property

Guest agrees to pay for any damage caused by Guest to berms, target systems, structures, vehicles, roads, fencing, equipment, utilities, or neighboring property.

9. Photo / Video Consent

Guest understands that security cameras or event photography may be present on the Premises. Unless prohibited by law or revoked in writing before entry, Guest consents to incidental capture of Guest's image for security, incident documentation, and internal business records.

10. Medical Authorization

In the event of injury or emergency, the Club may seek emergency medical assistance for Guest. Guest remains solely responsible for all medical expenses incurred.

11. Governing Law; Venue

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the Florida county where the Premises is located, unless otherwise required by law.
